- 2 SAFETY - We have a terrific record of safety and all tours include a 15-25 minutes training and orientation in a large, controlled parking lot with a knowledgeable tour guide. For tours with more than 6 riders, we double the fun and add a SECOND tour guide to help with training, as well as general safety, including helping control traffic. As with any adventure or activity, it is always possible to get injured, and you will be required to sign a waiver accepting all responsibility should an injury occur. We highly recommend for safety reasons that you never participate in a Segway tour that does not have at least two guides on tours of 6 or more – one in the front and one in the back of the group.

- 8 QUALITY vs QUANTITY - We limit the number of guests on each tour to maintain the utmost safety and provide a greater tour experience for our guests. Unless you are booking a private or corporate group, you’ll never end up on a 25-person tour with Scottsdale Segway Tours. While seasonal tours may be larger, our average tour size is just 8-10 guests. Smaller groups and two tour guides also means everyone gets trained in a shorter period of time, which equates to more riding time.
